mr lyons , if I had intronocular lenses in both eyes for distance only would it alter my right eye dominance ? I suspect its more complex than a one word answer , and do you rate this procedure ?

Iv had lens implants in both eyes due to developing cataracts. I would have been blind now.
They can set your eyes however you want.
I'm left handed and have left lense one power stronger.
All light is brighter even dull days. Car headlamps at night not good.
I was -5 short sighted glasses like bottle bottoms. Now have perfect vision but need reading glasses at +1.5. I was at an age for them anyway so no big deal.
Great opp with no complications in and out 30 mins.

all sounds good , im +3.00 and +2.25 thinking of going for it if I can afford it , had a consultation chap said he could not guarantee 20/ 20 in right eye with laser , said I would need lense he said outcome would be probably better than 20/20 ,

i had the same procedure only I was -22.5 in each eye now that's bottle bottoms can now shoot without glasses

It depends entirely on how the implants settle - if you are lucky there will be almost zero residual prescription left over, and your eye dominance won't change.
In some cases, there can be a substantial error left over or asymmetry of focus, but often this can be corrected again with specs to top it up, or additional laser surgery can be used to iron out any defects!

oh oh seed of doubt firmly planted now :fie: now im not so confidant , I want the eyesight of a eagle for distance anyway , why dose everything need to be so complicated and iffy ?
