it's screwed in if memory serves me right try insulation tape on the jaws of a set of pliers and twist it gently

a small hammer and chisel should work,,,  :prankster:   as I understand,, keep the bead,, and flog the gun,, quick !! :sarcastic:

ok, sorry for that,,  ,, I`m sure it will unscrew, anti-clockwise ,  if damaged, a replacement should be available. it `might` be locked in , loktite or similar, try a bit of local heat,,  if you get it out, put a bit of grease in the thread, might need to refit the bead, if you sell the gun in future.

It is worrying to read about so many issues. Mine is 18 months old and fired about 6k cartridges to date. Only issue I have had is a torx screw on the inside if the fore end worked loose. I tightened it up properly and no issues since. I hope it stays that way and glad I bought from a local dealer and took out the 10yr warranty.

My Miroku mid bead was actually a push fit. It's possible your 692 is also a push fit mid bead.

it doesn't have a mid bead....
to remove the front bead I used a hair dryer to help loosen any loctite and two match sticks either side of the bead then used pliers to remove

On the 692 bead there is not enough protruding from the metal housing to grab hold of with pliers or tweezers. Also tried twisting the housing anti clockwise in case it unscrews but no joy.

Think I will email GMK to ask if its even possible as don't want to damage anything.

The whole thing will come undone, does it look like this?
