Did this one, 12 stands we went in sequence 1-12, small friendly squad of 4, Tim and Tom from London (poor souls) and Tom from Malvern. I was first up and promptly dropped first two:-( continued to drop what even for me thought were silly ones (closeish stuff that you think how the did I miss that ) to drop on each and every stand. what's more the imaginative use of coloured clays added to the mind muddle I endured on some deceptive stands as nothing appeared to be difficult, other than on stand 10 where there was a big out there right to left well up in the sky report bird, which I eventually hit only to later drop 6 on the driven Simo at st12 to finish. Perversely I hit a lot of the more challenging targets and shot a score higher than my current av, this despite feeling that I really did leave too many out there, more so than usual, as for the shoot I really did think that someone would put 90+ It was close no one did, think 89 won, rare in itself, overall I can only imagine it was the angles, varying speeds and use of flight that caught all out, in short nice shoot, glad I went

Shot 1 thru 12 like you. Definitely the angles and speed catching me out. Managed 10/10 on the slow little orange going away and the chandel to redeem a bit of self respect after two abysmal stands. Didn't see much of the White going away target as sat down. Jim said he didn't mind the fence going but don't hit the trap .. Didn't like my finishing score but can't blame anything bar myself. Looking forward to the next shoot and will try not to let the sneeky blighters catch me out. Hope the course setter sits to see if targets can be seen when being shot sitting down?

Yep, was going pretty steady until the 2 stands towards the end (orange pair, outgoing and incoming. Then that fluffing awful floaty long crossing thing that I didn't connect with once. So well done there Rich)

Enjoyed it though, thought that it was an excellent choice of targets. Even if just as you thought the agony was over, you had to finish on a simo, driven pair. The kind of thing that fills me with dread.

Nice one Mr French.
