Oakedge Shooting Ground hold CPSA registered shoots on the first and third Sunday's of every month.  Entry is £33.00 competition and £28.00 for non competition.  The competition starts at 10.00 hours and last entries are at 13.00 hours.  The entries are booked in by the very efficient Barbara.  Hot food (breakfast menu plus tea and coffee etc) is available in the Club House during these hours.   The High Gun prize stands at £200.00.  We now have a safer entrance/exit to the shoot and a new car park.  The Shoot is on the edge of Cannock Chase, and sits in 74 acres of beautiful countryside and has good road linkage.  A Compak stand is also run.  The Ground is open Tuesdays to Fridays for lessons, practice sessions and corporate entertainment, stag and hen parties, birthday celebrations are also available.  Practice shoots are held on Wednesday evenings (BST) 17.30 to 1930 hours and Saturdays 10.00 hours to 12.00 hours.  The Oakedge Park is also available for hire for events and our Club House will seat 100 guests comfortably for meetings, team building, weddings, parties, etc.  The owner's ambition (Peter Till) is to reinstate the Game Keepers Fair back at Oakedge as it was years ago.  Also eight retail units will be available in 2013 for businesses in keeping with countryside pursuits.  Please do not hesitate to contact us should any of these details be of interest to you.
