The Northamptonshire County Iron man started by the County Committee a few years ago is a great comp to prove you are a reall IronMan

The championship is 155 birds consisting of: 25 skeet, 25 DTL, 25 ABT, 25 Sporting, 25 sportrap and 30 DoubleRise

The day will also be the Northants County Double Rise so you have the choice of shooting both or either.
